Where to get the software for your automatic email marketing ...

So you like the idea of an email system online that will automatically send out emails for you on certain days that you specify, right?

This is a really easy thing to set up - there are companies online that will do it for in exchange for an upfront fee (usually a small or large fee each month).

Examples of services online that you could use to set up an automatic email system for a monthly fee:

These companies offer a slightly different service to the programs I recommended a few pages back. Those other ones will broadcast a single email to your database.

These ones will send out follow-up emails to each person on your database.

I have used Aweber and GetResponse, and they are both fine - especially if you are a beginner and are a bit strapped for cash.

Make sure that you know you will make enough money from your email promotions to at least pay for the monthly fees, and give you enough profit to make it worth your time and energy.

Services to avoid:

Any company that offers free autoresponders (the technical name for this email system) is putting advertisements for other businesses into the emails they are sending out on your behalf.

It makes you look really unprofessional.

Simply... don't do it.

Examples:

I've tried the GetResponse free version, along with a few other versions, and your emails come out looking like crap.

They have some ad for some dodgy company on the internet hawking its marketing software or some useless product that your customers have no interest in.

Would you really want your customers to see you as being associated with companies that just "sell, sell, sell" in the middle of your beautiful email message?

Simply, don't do it - pay for the professional solution, and look like a professional business worth spending money with.
