Save it as a pdf file.

You tell people they will get that guide when they join your database, as a thankyou gift.

Your new updated signup form might now look something like this:

Then you send your pdf file along with a thankyou and welcome message to new customers when they sign up to join your database.

Or you have your software send it straight to the new customer if you have that set up to make everything hands-free for years to come.

That new person has now entered your email marketing system, and will receive your promotional messages, along with any insights, wisdom, tips and advice you offer to your readers, whenever you email your database.

If you do it right, you will get people signing up at a rate of about 5 out of every 100 visitors.

And if you've got a fair amount of traffic, it won't be long before your email database has grown into the hundreds...
